2008/09 season ticket holders with 6+ away Barclays Premiership League credits from this season up to and including the Manchester City fixture.

Applications will have to be received by the close of business on Monday 29 December 2008. They must include cheque or credit card payment, customer number and a stamped addressed envelope.

In the event that the number of applications is greater than the allocation received, a ballot will be implemented, with priority going to those season ticket holders with the most away credits.

Executive members should contact the corporate sales team by Friday, January 9..

All supporters are advised that if they do not meet the eligibility criteria then they should not make an application.

Please note that in order for supporters to receive credit for attending away games this season the customer reference number of each attending supporter must be given at the point of sale. Credit for attending away games will not be applied retrospectively under any circumstances
